ERZEPAN®
It is decorative facade panels that are coated with Elastomeric Acrylic mortar, produced as a result of our long R&D studies on high density "Expande Polystyrene Styrofoam", that is not cracking, flexible, resistant to external weather conditions and does not affect from water.
Erzepan® branded products offer quality at European standards with high energy savings, up to 65%. Our products reduce the humidity and mold rate in the building by allowing the buildings to breathe. Additionally,they have high Acid and Alkali resistances.
With Erzepan® branded products, a smooth (calibrated), bright appearance is obtained on the exterior of your building, a stylish and aesthetic results are obtained after assembly and retouching processes, as well as by priming and painting.
Erzepan® branded products are preferred because they are much easier to install, economical and eco-friendly than Precast (GRC Glass Reinforced Cement Composites / GFRC Glass Fiber Reinforced Cement Composites) and Aluminum Composite Panel products.

Decorative performance of Erzepan® branded products is very good; Depending on the architectural design on the facade, EPS material can be shaped in 2 and 3 d with high-tech CNC machines, a coating between 0.3 and 1 cm can be made according to demand, thus providing resistance to impacts over 30 joules.
With Erzepan® branded products, the appearance of EPS material has now been increased to the level of Precast and Composite Panel, and special solutions have been produced for joint problems.
